Description
•The
Offline Field Service App allows servicing staffs to check on the appointments
that being assigned to them and record the activities and tasks that has been
performed at a customer office/site.
•The
app provides offline capabilities where users can continue to perform their
jobs and record the activities on-going even without the internet access, the
completed appointment data can be uploaded back to backend system when internet
is available.
•The
app also allows PDF reports generation and image attachments to the
appointments.
